2023 Registration
Hello Hooch Band Family and Taylor Road Band Families,
Below you will find information for registration with the following 2023 Chattahoochee Band Programs. All current and rising members need to complete this registration.
This registration will ensure a participating role in the Chattahoochee band program and allow the organization to commence the process of hiring all staff, equipment pre-orders and various componentry necessary to have a successful competitive marching and concert season.
Important Concert Band & Percussion Class Fee Note: Deposit is due upon registration. Full payment is an option; however, if you wish to delay final payment, simply select “Payment Plan” at checkout and will be completely paid by August 7th, 2023.

At first, the full $990.00 fee will be displayed.

You have the option to pay in full today or simply the registration fee of $150.00 and enroll to autopay the remainder.

To only pay the registration fee of $150.00 you must click “Confirm and Pay” to proceed to the payment plan option.

On the checkout screen, click “Payment Plan”

If paying by check, please select cash/check/payment code from dropdown and bring the check to the gray box on the wall outside the Band Office. Please type all caps “CHECK” in the payment code box on the form.

If you have money in fundraising, please type all caps “FUNDRAISE” into the Payment Code box.

On the forms screen, please download, print, complete and return physical copy of the concussion awareness, cardiac arrest, and transportation release to the band director by May 19th. You may also scan and email crismanmr@fultonschools.org

Sports physicals and insurance verification may be submitted by the first day of Band Camp, July 17th, 2023.

Colorguard Members Only: please be aware of the extra fees at checkout that are mandatory to be a part of Chattahoochee colorguard. Every member should have the backpack, jacket, tank, and shorts. New members may simply select 'player pack' at the fees screen to get the full package while returning members only need to order what they do not already have.

In May, a separate registration will open for the Bands of America Grand National Championships, payments will be made through our travel agency and will total ~$600.00-650.00. This competition trip is mandatory to all members of the ensemble.
